Resolved: Problem with Latest Adobe Reader

Some users reported that they had problems viewing protected PDF files on Adobe Reader 2019.021.20058, which was reelased on December 12, 2019. The issue was caused by a bug in that Adobe release and has been fixed in the subsequent release 2019.021.20061. If you get the message "This document is protected" on all pages aftering entering the PIN, then please update your Adobe Reader to version 2019.021.20061 or newer.
