HoGo Announces Availability of Simple, Cloud-Based Document Protection and Distribution Service

Manchester, NH (PRWEB) August 02, 2013

Confidential business data, sensitive personal information, and valuable intellectual property are constantly at risk of exposure and unauthorized use, leading to financial losses for both companies and individuals. However, current safeguards for document security and digital rights management (DRM) are too complex and too expensive for most users, causing important documents to be left unprotected. HoGo is changing all of that with the introduction of the easiest, most affordable cloud-based document distribution and protection service currently available. The service is available now, free of charge, in a limited-time public beta.

Hogo means “to protect” in Japanese, and HoGo makes it simple and easy to protect, share, and manage valuable documents from desktops, laptops, or mobile device. Documents sent using HoGo can only be seen by the intended recipient, and cannot be forwarded, shared, or copied, preventing leaks, theft, and accidental disclosure.

HoGo Introduction Video

Now with HoGo, everyone can make sure their documents don’t end up in the wrong hands.” -- Hiro Kataoka, CEO and founder, HoGo.

Because it is a cloud-based service, a browser is all that is needed to send protected PDF documents using HoGo. The free HoGo Viewer allows authorized recipients to view and manage HoGo documents on Windows and iOS devices. Ideal for both business and personal use, HoGo is the perfect solution for protecting sensitive documents in a share-happy world.
