Hogo makes it easy to protect and share your documents with just a few clicks. Start by creating an account – all we need is your name and E-mail, and it is absolutely free.
- Protect your documents by uploading files into your Hogo account
- Share your files with who you want - set permissions such as printing and expiry
- Manage your shared documents and address book through your Hogo account control panel
Most document security solutions only protect your data up to when the recipient receives it. HoGo’s proprietary security platform continues to protect PDF documents AFTER they have been delivered to the intended recipient; preventing unauthorized sharing / forwarding, accidental leaks, and illegal copies. HoGo keeps you in control of your documents, even allowing you to revoke access after your recipient has downloaded it.

The HoGo Viewer
Most document security solutions require the recipient to be online to view their documents. HoGo gives recipients the convenience and flexibility of working offline by downloading documents to their HoGo Viewer.
The HoGo Viewer is a free download for Windows and iOS (iPhone, iPad) that allows you to download, organize, and view protected documents.
Recipients of protected documents will be prompted to download and install the HoGo Viewer the first time they receive a HoGo document. The Viewer has powerful backup and sync capabilities with the HoGo Cloud Library, allowing you to push protected documents to individual HoGo Viewers. For the recipient, the HoGo Viewer allows syncing and sharing of protected documents between their PC and iPhone/iPad, with more platforms coming soon.
